SMS Disclosure

By opting in to our SMS services, you agree to receive text messages related to notifications, marketing offers, account authentication (2FA), and other service-related communications. Message frequency may vary.

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's terms.

To opt out of SMS communications at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive. For assistance, reply HELP.

Messaging Consent

You must explicitly consent to receive SMS messages from Forge Systems LLC. Consent may be provided through, but is not limited to, website forms, onboarding forms, written agreements, or verbal consent during customer service interactions.

Messages sent by Forge Systems LLC may include alerts, reminders, promotional offers, updates, onboarding instructions, and other relevant communications. Message frequency may vary depending on your engagement and service usage.

Data Rates and Charges

Standard message and data rates may apply to any SMS or MMS messages sent or received. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Forge Systems LLC at any time by replying STOP to any message. This will unsubscribe you from further SMS communications.

Message Delivery

Forge Systems LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free message delivery. Delays or failures may occur due to factors beyond our control, including network issues, carrier limitations, or device compatibility.

User Obligations

By using our messaging services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our services for unlawful, abusive, harassing, or harmful purposes.

Compliance with Laws

You acknowledge that all messaging and services must be used in compliance with applicable privacy, telecommunications, and commercial communication laws.

Subscription Plans and Billing

$299/month – Includes:

• A fully built website
• Access to the Forge Systems platform (web and mobile app)
• A business phone number for texting and calling
• CRM access
• Automations and remarketing tools
• Customer review management tools

Subscriptions are available on a month-to-month basis. Month-to-month subscriptions include a complimentary Google Business Profile optimization (valued at $497).

Advance Payment & Auto-Renewal

All subscription fees are billed in advance and automatically renew until canceled. Payments are processed securely via credit or debit card through Stripe.

Usage-Based Charges (Rebillable Costs)

Clients may incur additional usage-based charges related to phone numbers, SMS/MMS messaging, voice calls, and number intelligence services.

Digital Wallet and Auto Top-Up

Clients maintain a digital wallet balance for usage-based charges. When the wallet balance runs low, automatic billing will occur based on the selected auto top-up settings.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to Forge Systems LLC are final and non-refundable. This includes subscription fees and usage-based charges. Services are custom-built, initiated immediately, and cannot be reversed once delivery begins.

Chargebacks Are Not Permitted

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes for services rendered. Any chargeback constitutes a violation of these Terms. Forge Systems LLC reserves the right to submit evidence of service delivery, platform usage, and agreement acceptance.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in recovery actions, including legal or collection fees.

Cancellation Terms

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for unused portions of prepaid terms.

Delivery of Services

Services are considered fulfilled once:

• The client's website has been completed and delivered
• Platform access and automation setup are finalized

Onboarding assistance may be provided but is not required for fulfillment.

Free Trials and Promotions

Forge Systems LLC may offer promotions or free trials from time to time. Limited setup may occur during trial periods. Full services are rendered only once billing begins. Promotional offers do not alter these Terms.

Payment Failures and Service Suspension

If a payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment up to four times over a three-week period. If payment is not resolved within 48 hours of the initial failure, services and platform access may be suspended until the balance is paid.

Consent and Agreement

By purchasing services from Forge Systems LLC or agreeing at checkout, you confirm that:

• You have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions
• You accept the No Refund Policy
• You waive the right to initiate chargebacks for services rendered
• You certify that you are 18 years of age or older

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Forge Systems LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly when feasible.
